딥엑스와 함께 글로벌 AI 반도체 시장을 개척하고, 회사의 법률적 방어선이자 전략적 파트너가 되어주실 Legal Counsel 를 찾고 있습니다.


딥엑스는 글로벌 시장 진출과 기술 고도화에 따라 다채로운 소송 및 리스크 관리 이슈를 다루고 있습니다. 회사 규모 확장에 맞춰 다양한 소송 승소 경험을 바탕으로 내부 소송 대응 체계와 전략을 직접 설계·리드할 Legal Counsel 를 모시고자 합니다.

단순 자문을 넘어 실제 소송 리딩 및 승소 경험을 사내 자산화하는 역할
외부 로펌 효율화 및 사내 Legal Capacity 인프라 전면 구축
AI 딥테크 기업의 핵심 소송을 직접 핸들링하는 리더십 포지션

Responsibilities
□ 반도체 밸류체인 관련 글로벌 계약 검토
• 파운드리(Foundry), DSP(Design Solution Partner), 글로벌 대리점(Distributor) 및 벤더 등 반도체 산업 특화 계약서 검토, 작성 및 협상
• 라이선스, NDA, JDA 등 각종 영문/국문 기술 관련 계약 자문 및 리스크 관리
□ IP 및 영업비밀 보호 전략 수립 / 소송 대응
• 핵심 기술 및 영업비밀 유출 방지 전략 수립 (임직원 전직금지 약정, 기술 유출 방지 시스템 고도화 등)
• 영업비밀 침해, 특허 분쟁 등 지식재산권(IP) 관련 국내외 민·형사 소송 및 분쟁 대응
□ 투자 및 M&A 관련 법률 지원
• 국내외 대규모 후속 투자 유치(시리즈 라운드), 신주인수계약, 주주간계약 등 투자 관련 법률 문서 검토 및 협상
• IPO 준비 관련 컴플라이언스 구축 및 법률 이슈 사전 점검
□ 글로벌 파트너사 커뮤니케이션
• 해외 파트너사, 해외 고객사 및 글로벌 로펌과의 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션 및 법무 이슈 조율
□ 기업 일반 법무
• 이사회 및 주주총회 운영 지원, 사내 컴플라이언스 체계 정비

Recruitment Process

Employment Type
□ Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)

Working Hours
□ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
